After completion of argument the plaintiff filed the amendment application praying for amendment in the relief portion and also in the description of the suit land. By the impugned order the court below has allowed the same. Since the amendment sought for by the plaintiff is necessary for just decision of the controversies between the parties and for that purpose the plaintiff is not bringing any new fact or further evidence is not necessary, the learned court below has allowed the amendment application and, therefore, there is no question for interference in supervisory jurisdiction arises. Thus, this writ application is dismissed.
