2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offence under Sections 30(a), 32(iii), 41(i) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. Total 129.600 liters of Nepali liquor was recovered from two motorcycles and this petitioner is registered owner of one of the seized motorcycle.

4. Considering the fact that petitioner is registered owner of one of the seized motorcycle, from which, aforesaid recovery has been effected, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
