Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 272/273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47A of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

Country-made liquor was recovered by the informant Choukidar from the bag, which the petitioner threw seeing the Choukidar.

Submission of the petitioner is that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 08.10.2016. Considering the facts and circumstances, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail
