====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 09-05-2018 Heard Sri Arun, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

The sole petitioner, who is in custody since 16.2.2018, with clean antecedent, as stated in paragraph no. 3 of the petition, has prayed for grant of bail in connection with S.T. Excise Case No. 75 of 2018, arising out of Chhatapur P.S. Case No. 20 of 2018 , registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been made accused on the basis of confessional statement of the co-accused. According to Sri Arun, learned counsel for the petitioner, save and except confessional statement, there is no plausible evidence to connect the petitioner in the present case.

Mukim be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand ) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J. IInd cum Spl. Judge ( Excise), Supaul / concerned court in connection with S.T. Excise Case No. 75 of 2018, arising out of Chhatapur P.S. Case No. 20 of 2018.
