JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 15-04-2015 Heard learned respective counsels along with learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

It has been submitted on behalf of learned counsel for the petitioner that he is ready to keep his wife, opposite party no.2 namely Sangeeta Devi, with full dignity and honour and in likewise manner, learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 submitted that O.P. No.2 is also ready to join hands with the petitioner.

Taking into account the rival submissions, it looks better to direct the petitioner to appear before the learned lower Court with such offer which the learned lower Court will entertain and further, will keep watch over subsequent activities of the spouse.

Till then, petitioner Ranjeet @ Ranjeet Paswan will be released on provisional bail by the learned lower Court itself to facilitate the effect of compromise.
