Informant who happens to be one of the employee of Sundari Devi Sarswati Vidya Mandir had alleged against the petitioners to have misappropriated the amount in a capacity of being Principal, Cashier, Chief Trustee-cum-Chairman. From the complaint petition itself, it is evident that there happens to be dispute amongst the employer and employee and further, institution of a case by the petitioners at an earlier occasion against him which is also found supported with Annexure-2 bearing Rosera P.S. Case No.244 of 2013 and that happens to be reason behind that the allegations suffers from vagueness.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46158 of 2014 (2) dt.15-04-2015 Consequent thereupon, petitioners Ashok Kumar Singh, Dr. N.K. Singh @ Nand Kumar Singh, Smt. Binita Singh @ Binita Singh each are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rosera in connection with Rosera P.S. Case No.245 of 2013 in the event of their arrest / surrender within four weeks in terms of condition so laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
