JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 18-07-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 20.2.2018, seeks bail in Paroo PS Case No. 262 of 2017 registered under Sections 304B and 201/34 of the IPC.
The allegation in brief is that the informant's daughter was married with the petitioner, she was being tortured by the accused persons for realizing a vehicle and on account of that she was killed and her dead body was disposed.
Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that there is a one year old child of the petitioner, information was given to her parents and other family members, the informant's sister married in the same village also turned up after death which is reflected from her statement recorded in para 6 of the case diary and the case was lodged after 18 days of the alleged occurrence. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Romit Kumar Singh @ Ashutosh Kumar Singh @ Romit Kumar @ Ashutosh Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM 3rd West Muzaffarpur in connection with Paroo PS Case No. 262 of 2017.
