The petitioner seeks bail in Sathi P.S. Case No. 25 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 8, 20b, (ii) (B) of N.D.P.S. Act.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that as per written report, 4.500 Kg. of Ganja has been recovered from Mannu Mian who was apprehended by the Police. He disclosed before the Police that aforesaid contraband Ganja was given to him by the petitioner to carry it to Narkatiyaganj. Petitioner is in custody since 5.3.2019 having clean antecedent.

Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, West Champaran at Bettiah, in connection with Sathi P.S.
