2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Chenari P.S. Case No. 298 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 103(1) and 61(2) of the B.N.S., 2023.
3. As per the prosecution case, the informant alleged that all the accused persons including the petitioner have killed the deceased.
4. Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. He further submits that in the postmortem report it has come that the deceased has consumed sulfas. The petitioner is in custody since 04.05.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State and learned counsel for the informant have vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the fact that the petitioner had taken the deceased to the hospital for treatment, this application for regular bail is allowed.
7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Rohtas/concerned Court below in connection with Chenari P.S.
