The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Sasaram (Town) P.S. Case No. 260 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 411, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that neither the stolen bicycle was purchased by the petitioner nor it was recovered from the premises of the petitioner. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also since the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on
