JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 21-10-2019 Petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Nath Nagar (Lalmatia) P.S. Case No. 730 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 498A, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

On appearance of opposite party No.2 the matter was referred to the District Mediation Centre, Bhagalpur and the report of Mediator at Flag 'A' disclosed that dispute has been settled on payment of Rs.2 lac within a period of one year. Both the parties have admitted the aforesaid fact. In view of above fact, this application is allowed and the provisional bail granted to the petitioner by order dated 17.6.2019 is confirmed on the condition that petitioner has to pay the agreed amount within a period of one year, otherwise
