Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. From perusal of report of the court below, dated 4.3.2021, received in view of order of this Court dated 17.2.2021, it reveals that the case has already been committed to the Court of sessions on 26.2.2021 for disposal. It is a case of custodial death. Post mortem report reveals that both victims died due to injuries caused by assault. Petitioner was member of raiding party.

Considering the nature of allegation and stage of trial, prayer for bail of the petitioner is refused.
