2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code in which cognizance has been taken under Sections 147, 341, 323, 324, 325 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the FIR, specific allegation of assault is against other co-accused persons. This petitioner is alleged to have snatched Rs. 700/- from the informant. There is no allegation of assault against this petitioner.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. During course of investigation petitioner was not sent up for trial. Allegation of assault is against other co-accused. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioners.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named-above, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Mehsi P.S. Case No. 361 of 2019.
