With regard to recovery of spurious wine along with Mahua Jawa and the equipments made on 09.12.2012, prosecution is of dated 20.02.2013 while the same has been seen by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate on 18.04.2013 and that happens to be sufficient to pray before the learned lower Court for regular bail. In case so prayed, the learned lower Court will consider the same favourably, more particularly in the background of findings so recorded herein above.

With the aforesaid direction, instant petition is disposed of.
