Two full buckets of toddy and four glasses were seized and for that petitioner is under custody since 19.06.2016. Accordingly, petitioner, Shiv Chandra Manjhi is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Excise Case No. 191/2016.
