FIR No. 176 of 2022 whereby and whereunder cognizance of the offences under Sections 363, 366A, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 08 of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44381 of 2023(2) dt.10-12-2024 2/2 Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act was taken against the petitioners.
