The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Chakai P.S. Case No. 100 of 2021 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 341,324,307,506 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of injury of 10cm x 5cm x5cm lacerated wound on the forehead of the injured Vikash Kumar, no case for anticipatory bail is made out, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

This application is dismissed.
