Petitioner is accused in connection with Sasaram (Bhabhua) Rail P.S. Case No. 17 of 2017 registered for the offences under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Madhnished Act, 2016 and section 147 of the Railway Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pettiioenr has been implicated in the present case only on suspicion. Nothing has been recovered from his conscious possession. Petitioner has no concern with the recovered bag containing wine. It is submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 25.02.2017.
