Learned counsel for the appellants seeks permission to withdraw the present appeal with respect to appellant no. 1 as he has been arrested during pendency of the appeal. Permission is accorded.

Learned counsel for the appellants submits that the police after investigation submitted final form in favor of the rest of the appellants as such appellants presently don't have any apprehension of arrest, learned counsel next submits that liberty

Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.2484 of 2022(2) dt.29-08-2022 2/2 may be granted to the appellants that in the event, if subsequent developments take place necessitating filing of anticipatory bail application then they be permitted to file the same. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the appellants, the present appeal is permitted to be withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
