2. This writ application has been filed for directing the respondent authorities to prevent new construction over the land of the petitioner appertaining to Khata No. 16 bearing Plot No. 435, Tauzi No. 131, Thana No. 26 measuring an area 15 Dhurs situated in Mauza L.P. Shahi College, Ramkrishna Nagar, District Patna and to make measurement over the aforesaid land.
3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during pendency of the writ petition petitioner has already filed an application before the Deputy
Patna High Court CWJC No.9698 of 2023(2) dt.07-12-2023 2/2 Collector Land Reforms, Patna.
4. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, competent authority/Deputy Collector Land Reforms, Patna is directed to dispose of the application, which is said to have been filed by the petitioner, in accordance with law after hearing the parties as early as possible.
5. This writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid direction.
