The petitioners, two in number, apprehend their arrest in a case under Sections 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that the petitioners entered into her house and tried to outrage her modesty. The daughter of the informant became traceless and in course of search, one Vishal Kumar @ Banarsi disclosed that his daughter was found in the company of Neeraj Kumar, son of the petitioners, but there is no material that the petitioners kidnapped the victim. The victim was in love with Neeraj Kumar and she fled away and solemnized marriage with Neeraj Kumar. Considering the facts that the petitioners are the parents of Neeraj Kumar, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28691 of 2015 (2) dt.23-07-2015 2/2 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in Zeeradei P.S. Case No. 16/2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
