2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Amdabad P.S. Case No. 69 of 2024 instituted under Sections 304(B), 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the daughter of the informant was married with Vikki Kumar according to Hindu Customs and Rights. It is further alleged that all the accused persons started torturing the victim for illegal demand of dowry and ultimately they killed her for non-fulfillment of dowry.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43294 of 2024(2) dt.20-07-2024 2/3 petitioners are innocent and have been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that the petitioners are in-laws of the deceased who are living separately and they had no concern with the family affairs of the deceased and her husband. Learned counsel submits that the allegation of dowry demand and torture is general and omnibus. Learned counsel further submits that from the post-mortem report, it appears that the deceased has committed suicide by herself. The husband of the deceased is already in judicial custody. The Petitioners have no criminal antecedent and they undertake to co-operate in the investigation and the trial.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar / Concerned Trial Court in connection with Amdabad P.S. Case No. 69 of 2024, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43294 of 2024(2) dt.20-07-2024 3/3 Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
