The other Rs. 5,00,000/- was taken by the mediator, namely, Gauri Shankar Thakur.

If the petitioner is willing to return Rs. 5,00,000/- to the informant then after hearing the informant, the court below will surely consider enlarging the petitioner on bail in connection with Motihari Town P.S. Case No.97 of 2015 pending before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran. This application is disposed of.
