2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201, 120(B), 323 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of the Dowry Act pending in the learned court below.
3. As per the prosecution case, all the accused persons including the petitioners killed the daughter of the informant due to nonfufillment of the demand of dowry by administering poison by voping her hand and legs thereafter they thrown her dead body into the river.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have been falsely implicated in this

He submits that there is no specific overt act against the petitioners. He further submits that husband of the deceased is already in judicial custody. He further submits that petitioners have got no criminal antecedent as stated in para-3 of the bail application.
5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and the fact that husband of the deceased is already in judicial custody, let the petitioners, named above, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Court below, where the case is pending/Successor court, in connection with Budhuchak P.S. Case No.27 of 2023, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
