JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 28-11-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. One country made loaded pistol is said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner and two bomb like substance were recovered from the alleged place of occurrence whereas on the basis of discloser made by the petitioner, five live cartridges were recovered from his house. Having similar allegation one co-accused namely, Guddu Kumar, has already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44388 of 2016 (3) dt.28-11-2016 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabhua in connection with Mohania P.S.Case No. 312 of 2016.
