ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 01-07-2015 This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 28.5.2015 passed in Cr.Misc.No.18227 of 2015. It appears that due to inadvertence this Court imposed Condition No.(ii) in the order dated 28.5.2015 passed in Cr.Misc.No.18227 of 2015 even though it was stated in the petition that the Petitioners are accused in one other case. In view of such, the order dated 28.5.2015 passed in Cr.Misc.No.18227 of 2015 is modified to the extent that Condition No.(ii) be ignored.

Further four weeks time from the date of receipt of this order is allowed to the Petitioners for surrender in the Court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Ekma P.S. case No.162 of 2014.

Application stands allowed.
