JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 06-09-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 161 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

A supplementary affidavit has been filed on behalf of the petitioner stating therein that charge has been framed in this case vide order dated 11.08.2017 passed in Sessions Trial No. 974 of 2017 (Annexure-3). Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 30.01.2017.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial
