JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 05-04-2016 Whatever be the reason obviously the vigilance enquiry and the material, which has emerged therein, could have also instigated the petitioner's counsel to make a prayer for withdrawal of the writ application. Private respondent and the State have no objection as such. Writ application is permitted to be withdrawn. However, it is clarified that the vigilance will take its enquiry to its logical end and withdrawal of the writ application does not kill the cause or the material which has emerged in course of enquiry.
