Petitioners have prayed for following relief:- Petitioners are aggrieved by the notice issued by the Block Development Officer, Patarghat Block, Saharsa dated 02.08.2021 by which they have been directed to refund the amount with respect to value of undistributed food-grains supplied to them under Sunischit Gramin Rojgar Yojna (SGRY) scheme.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CWJC No.15604 of 2021 dt.21-01-2022 3/3 State that dispute was referred by this Court before a committee headed by retired Judge (Mr. Justice Uday Sinha) who after hearing the parties had determined the liability against each of the PDS dealer.

Learned counsel for the petitioners undertakes that they are ready to pay the amount, as determined by Justice Sinha Committee, minus the amount which has already been paid by them within a period of six months from today. Let them do so within said period, failing which, appropriate action will be taken against them for violating the undertaking given to this Court.

With aforesaid direction and observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
