The petitioner being the husband of the daughter of the informant is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A and 364/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the daughter of the informant was tortured and subsequently the in-laws made her to disappear.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in 164 Cr.P.C. statement the victim has stated that she decided to go Delhi but somehow she went to Deoghar and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46398 of 2014 (02) dt.16-04-2015 2/2 thereafter went to Dhanbad to her maternal grand mother. She denies the accusation of her disappearance or kidnapping. Considering the 164 Cr.P.C. statement of the victim, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barh, Patna in connection with Barh P.S. Case No. 267 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) DKS/- U T
