The petitioners seek bail in Madanpur P.S. Case No. 134 of 2014, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 353, 427 of Indian Penal Code and Section 17 of C.L.A Act.

Counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are not named in the written report. Petitioners have been implicated in the instant case merely on suspicion because he was accused in Madanpur P.S. Case No. 136 of 2014. From the written report it appears that allegation of pelting stone and stopping the vehicle of the informant is against unknown persons.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioners for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioners above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad, in connection with Madanpur P.S. Case No. 134 of 2014, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be close relatives of the petitioners.
