The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 392 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that Bolero Maxima vehicle was robbed on pistol point. The name of the petitioner sprang up during investigation as a person who prepared forged document with regard to the vehicle in question.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that only on suspicion the petitioner has been roped in the present case.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46514 of 2014 (02) dt.16-04-2015 2/2 prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Bihiya P.S. Case No. 22 of 2014 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara.
