JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 20-07-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 2.1.2018, seeks bail in Patori (Mohanpur O.P.) PS Case No. 353 of 2016 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307 and 504/34 of the IPC. The allegation in brief is that the petitioner and other family members hanged his mother and when she became unconscious brought her to Nursing Home for treatment.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's mother committed suicide by hanging herself and after noticing the fact the petitioner brought her to Nursing Home for treatment, father of the petitioner in para 122 of the case diary has stated that his wife committed suicide by hanging herself. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Randhir Sah is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Samastipur in connection with Patori (Mohanpur O.P.) PS Case No. 353 of 2016.
