This application with respect to petitioner No.1 Satyendra Yadav is dismissed as withdrawn.

Petitioner No. 2 Awdesh Yadav @ Ghuater seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Salaiya P.S. Case No. 16 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Allegation as per FIR is that police on information of manufacturing liquor by the accused persons, including the petitioner raided the place and seized country-made liquor from there.

Heard learned APP also.

In view of specific allegation against the petitioner of manufacturing of liquor, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. He may surrender and pray for regular bail, which shall be considered on its own merit, without being prejudiced by this order and, if possible, to be disposed of on the same day.

With the above observation, this application is dismissed.
