JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 29-07-2015 The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Rajapakar (Baranti O.P.) P.S. Case No. 208 of 2012 for the offences instituted under Sections 457 and 380 of the IPC. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The prosecution story, in brief, is that on 10.12.2012 at 10.00 A.M., the informant got information that the ventilator of the computer room has been broken and also the lock of the grill is missing and several articles have been stolen away. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is named in the present case on the basis of a confessional statement of co-accused. He is not named in the F.I.R. It is further submitted that no recovery has been made from

On behalf of the State it has been submitted that the petitioner's name has come in course of investigation. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Rajapakar (Baranti O.P.) P.S. Case No. 208 of 2012 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Vaishali at Hajipur, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
