During course of immersion of Kalas at the occasion of Durga Puja some members of the procession indulged in firing. Having been protested by the police official, they indulged in push and pull on account of which instant case has been registered. Petitioner including others were so identified.

Considering the nature of the allegation along with period of detention since 03.09.2016, petitioner Anil Singh is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Ist, Khagaria in connection with Parbatta P.S.
