=========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 07-12-2016 Petitioner is not a full-fledged headmaster, but has been asked to officiate as a headmaster. The initial transfer created problem because there was no sanctioned vacant post in the school. Because of the above she was accommodated and adjusted against a vacant post of headmaster and asked to officiate as headmaster till a permanent arrangement was made. Since the petitioner has already joined the transferred post no additional arrangement is required to be made.
