There happens to be an allegation against the petitioner to have shot at the injured however, simple injury caused by firearm has been opined by the doctor. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned lower court and the lower court during consideration of prayer for bail will also consider that firing was not repeated as well as injury, simple, was not on the vital part. With the aforesaid observation, instant petition is disposed of.
