2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ram Nagar P.S. Case No. 3 of 2025, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 137(2), 96, 3(5) of the BNS, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, the informant's daughter aged about 16 years and 10 months went to school to collect document but she did not return home for several days. Subsequently, it came to light that co-accused Sameer Ansari has taken her to an unknown place and forced her to perform marriage.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. He is a person of clean antecedent. He has further

No.41735 of 2025(4) dt.24-12-2025 2/2 submitted that the statement of the victim was recorded under Section 180 of the BNSS, 2023 in which she has not supported the prosecution case. It has further been submitted that co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 23.06.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 38621 of 2025.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Ram Nagar P.S. Case No. 3 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C./ 482(2) of the BNSS, 2023.
