JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 05-01-2022 Heard the parties through video conferencing. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 239 of 2020 dated 12.05.2020 instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 342, 447, 323, 307, 427 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are cross cases relating to the same incident and other coaccused have also been granted benefit of anticipatory bail so the case of the petitioner cannot be distinguish. I am inclined to grant the benefit of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and in the event of arrest he shall be released on bail subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2)
