2. Petitioner is accused in connection with Piprakothi P.S. Case No. 215 of 2022 registered under Sections 328, 420, 392 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per prosecution case, allegation against this petitioner is of committing robbery along with other co-accused persons and while committing so taken away truck loaded with 1500 container of palm oil.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the First Information Report. During course of investigation the name of petitioner has come in this case merely on confessional statement of co-accused Ranjan Kumar. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious

It is further submitted that similarly situated several co-accused persons have already granted bail by co-ordinate Benches of this Court vide orders dated 22.03.2023, 14.03.2023, 25.02.2023, 25.02.2023, 23.03.2023, 29.04.2023, 28.02.2024 and 15.05.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 68950 of 2022, 64581 of 2022, 66724 of 2022, 66679 of 2022, 67616 of 2022, 7865 of 2023, 12384 of 2024 and 305 of 2023 respectively (Annexure-3 series and Annexure-4). Petitioner is in custody since 08.05.2024.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Having considered aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, as well as the period of custody and similarly situated several co-accused persons have already been granted bail by this Court, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Piprakothi P.S.
