The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Sections 307 and 394 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is alleged to have fired in which Rakesh Kumar @ Ajay Kumar Singh got firearm injury and the accused persons fled away after snatching a bag containing money. It is submitted that the case is compromised. During the course of investigation, sufficient material has come against the petitioner.

Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail in Industrial Area P.S. Case No. 171/14. Accordingly, the same is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) Dilip/- U T
