In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Ghoswari P.S. Case No. 27 of 2015 (S.T. No. 793 of 2016) registered for offences under sections 413, 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier the petitioner had moved before this Court with a prayer for bail in Cr. Misc. No. 43399 of 2016 and this Court, vide order dated 17.10.2016, rejected the same with a liberty to renew his prayer for bail after completing nine months judicial custody. The petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 5.8.2016.

Looking to the period of custody as also the entire

No.23552 of 2017 (2) dt.17-05-2017 facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, namely, Vijay Yadav, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Jude, 1st, Barh, Patna in connection with Ghoswari P.S. Case No. 27 of 2015 (S.T. No. 793 of 2016).
