The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Sections 376, 323 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The report of the trial Judge dated 01.03.2021 reveals that out of seven witnesses named in the charge sheet, four have already been examined by the prosecution.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he ravished to the informant by committing house trespass.

Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail in connection with Sanhaula P.S. Case No. 155 of 2018.

Hence, prayer is refused.

The learned trial Court is directed not to allow

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1415 of 2021(4) dt.17-03-2021 2/2 unnecessary and long adjournment in this case and conclude the same within nine months.
