ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 01-07-2015 The present application for modification has been filed seeking extension of time granted to the petitioner for surrender before the court below by further period of two weeks since the time fixed in the order dated 07.05.2015 passed in Cr.Misc. No.49070 of 2014 had lapsed due to some misunderstanding on his part.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the grounds made out in the modification application, the time fixed in the said order dated 07.05.2015 is extended by two weeks from the date of communication of this order.

The order dated 07.05.2015 shall stand modified to the above extent.
