1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.(i) For issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing and commanding the Respondents to comply letter No.126 dated 9.4.2013 issued under signature of the SubDivisional Officer, Sub-Division, Sadar, DistrictSitamarhi and as per the order the Respondent No.8 Raj Kumar Manjhi be removed and the petitioner be appointed on the post of Vikash Mitra in
Patna High Court CWJC No.15607 of 2021(2) dt.17-02-2024 2/3 Nandwara Panchayat, Block Office Bairgania, District-Sitamarhi and further prayed to issue a writ in the nature of Certiorari to quash the memo No.1075/C dated 29.8.2013 (Annexure-7) issued under signature of Sub-Divisional Officer, SubDivision Sadar, Sitamarhi. (ii) For issuance of appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/ directions to make a prompt inquiry as per rule in a fixed period by this Hon'ble Court and thereafter order to appoint the petitioner on the post of Vikash Mitra in Nandwara Panchayat under Block Office-Bairgania, District-Sitamarhi and to compensate the petitioner for the willful negligence/discard in inquiry as per rule by the authority concern if required as per Annexure-7 to this petition by which a long period of life of the petitioner has been spoiled.
(iii) For issuance of an appropriate writ to punish with suitable punishment to the authority concern/respondents as well as the respondent no.8 who discard the petitioner from his rightful appointment as the petitioner is suitable candidate to appoint on the post of Vikash Mitra of Nandwara Panchayat, Block Office- Bairgania, DistrictSitamarhi. (iv) For issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari to quash appointment letter dated 15.6.2010 issued under signature of Sub Divisional Officer, Sub-Division Sitamarhi of Sadar, DistrictRespondent No.8 Raj Kumar Manjhi which has

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondentauthorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
