In this contempt application, the grievance of the petitioner is that an order passed by the Writ Court in C.W.J.C. No. 11722 of 1992 dated 19.11.1992 has not been complied with. The matter is pending since 2000 and more than 17 years have passed and till date nothing has been done. Taking note of this factor, now after lapse of more than 17 years, we are not inclined to go into the question of contempt and in case the petitioner has any subsisting grievance by virtue of the order passed in C.W.J.C. No. 11722 of 1992 dated 19.11.1992, we grant liberty to the petitioner to take up the issue afresh by way of writ
