2. The instant application for anticipatory bail has been filed by the petitioners apprehending their arrest in connection with Jaynagar P.S. Case No. 294 of 2022 instituted for the offence under Sections 448, 341, 323, 354(B), 379, 427, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39186 of 2025(2) dt.01-07-2025 2/3 along with others being armed with lathi, danda and iron rod arrived at the door of the informant surrounded him and started assaulting. There is a specific allegation against one of the coaccused Dinesh Kumar Yadav who assaulted with iron rod to Deepak.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners has submitted that petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. They have falsely been implicated in this case. The nature of allegation against these petitioners is general and omnibus. As far as taking away the cash and ornaments is concerned, it seems to be ornamental.

5. In contra, learned APP appearing for the State has has vehemently opposed the prayer of bail of the petitioners and has got no objection in the argument that the main thrust of allegation is against co-accused Dinesh Kumar Yadav.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and in the facts and circumstances of the case as stated above, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. The petitioners are directed to surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks from today and in the event of their arrest or surrender in connection with Jaynagar P.S. Case No. 294 of 2022, they will be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39186 of 2025(2) dt.01-07-2025 3/3 Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Madhubani subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
