2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and later on, Sections 307 and 324 of the Indian Penal Code were added.
3. It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that specific accusation of assault on the head of informant by lathi is against co-accused Munni Lal. So far as these petitioners are concerned, petitioner no. 1 is alleged to have caught the hand of the informant, whereas, there is no specific allegation of any overt act against petitioner no. 2. Petitioners are ladies and have got clean antecedent.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Sikrahana at Dhaka, District East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Chiraiya (Sikarganj) P.S.
