2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Athmalgola P.S. Case No. 80 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 20, 40 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, 42.51 kg of ganja has been recovered from the railway track. The name of the petitioner has come in the confessional statement of co-accused, Nawlesh Kumar.

4. Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. The petitioner is in custody since 27.03.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge/Special Judge (NDPS), Patna/concerned Court below in connection with Athmalgola P.S. Case No. 80 of 2025 subject to condition that:- (i). The petitioner will mark his attendance at the Athmalgola Police Station on the every Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.
